The Audacity Method - General Terms & Payment Processing

1. Services

The Audacity Method provides coaching programs, workshops, challenges, group cohorts, retreats, motivational speaking and related materials designed for personal development and empowerment. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal/financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that transformation requires personal effort, accountability, and participation. The Audacity Method does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Scheduling & Sessions

- All scheduled coaching calls must be attended on time.
- Cancellations/rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

4. Payment Terms

- Payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
- Payment plans: Clients agree to keep a valid payment method on file for automatic billing.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is current.

5. Refund Policy

- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services.
- Exceptions may be considered for extraordinary circumstances at the company’s sole discretion.

6. Payment Processing

- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Simplero).
- The Audacity Method does not store or have access to full credit card details.
- By submitting payment, the client authorizes recurring charges if enrolled in a subscription or payment plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, and resources provided by The Audacity Method are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law or with express written consent.

9. Termination

The Audacity Method reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Audacity Method operates.
